Come learn and laugh with me! I have a ton of random information rolling around in my head and this is my way of sharing it and sorta organizing it. The most important things you will hear about are my three passions:

  1. my children and being a mom (not in my 20’s)
  2. my animals & anything I can save, pick up or educate people about (my personal love Is senior min pins who are at the end & been discarded)
  3. my consignment stores

To know me is to know that I am real and transparent at all times. I think that the best thing in life is laughter and am drawn to people who relate to real life and can not only support you but hold you accountable enough to tell you when to put your big girl panties on and “SUCK IT UP.” I grew up faster than most and had very litter money so I know the value of a dollar and how to stretch it at Taco Bell or a yard sale to turn a profit and make it $2.00. I have always wanted to be a mother and finally was able to in my mid 30’s and will forever be grateful and exhausted. I have been married, divorced and define the word complicated in relationships.

I love what I do which is basically take people items they no longer need or bought in a moment of emotional distress or glee and resell it for them. Those items could be a new with tags $12 old navy t-shirt they never wore or a $25,000 limited edition Hermes they want to upgrade. I have been in many a celebrities home and the Elite of Atlanta’s closets and have seen some amazing stuff and layouts. I have also done this business long enough to do many an estate and realize that it is just that “stuff” and it cannot go with you so I am striving to spend my energy and time with my children and experiencing life through their eyes anew.

I love God and believe in having a personal relationship with him that I try to grow but come short on constantly. My ultimate goal is that my children will have a everlasting relationship with God and will avoid many of the mistakes I have made so they can avoid the heartache. God gave me a son as my first child who is Autistic and has changed my whole world, view and knowledge of such things. It has left me in tears, humbled by those with SN kids and an awe of God’s grace to allow me to see the world through his eyes and bringing people into our lives at just the right time to guide us through this adventure. My daughter is the youngest and will conquer the world, after she saves all the animals and tends to all the people. She never stops talking, dancing or loving on me and I feel truly blessed.

This blog will be a mixture of Mom and Boss and lots of silliness and realness in between. I love to eat when I’m happy & sad so weight is my constant friend and my goal in life is to simply work out enough to maintain my Mexican food and ice cream habits. From funny stories of some of the things that come of our the mouth go babes, to real life issues and heartaches I have dealt with in life and in business- I hope to show you “the other side of the counter” in a fun and laughable way. By the way, if you have made it this far you will also realize that I am long winded and say it like it is!

Rescue is one of my many passions, tacos, and my kids! I am a mom above all, and I Love it. Welcome to my blog, a fun, silly and truthful space that I would love to share with all of you. I was thrown into the resale industry by chance 23 years ago and am still here. My blog will be a mix of silly stories and trials I have lived through in hopes that you walk away laughing, crying or shaking your head cause you agree and can relate. I think we spend too much time looking at perfect profiles and influencers who have this ideal, sparkly life and I am NONE of those things. I keep it real, laugh as often as I can, pray hourly for patience and peace so I don't smack someone and in the in between times I love a great romance novel, anything to with water sports and Mexican food. I also have have a passion for dressing people of all ages, sizes and back grounds by taking them out of their comfort zones and pushing the boundaries. Clothes can change the way you feel and I will showcase lots of outfits that you might be too scared to try and tell you how to make it work plus some tips and tricks to tone it down if your wardrobe is 100 shades of black and grey.
